Walking Liberty Half Dollars
1916-S 50C MS64 PCGS. A whisper of soft-gray toning visits the right obverse field, but otherwise this first-year San Francisco example is untoned and sharply lustrous. The strike is crisp for the issue, with some thumb and finger detail visible on the branch hand and Liberty's facial details complete. The eagle's plumage shows only slight blending on the trailing leg. A single scrape at Liberty's neckline is visible with a glass, the only mentionable mark of any significance.
