Walking Liberty Half Dollars
1935-D 50C MS66+ PCGS. Over the past quarter century, NGC and PCGS have certified more than 100 1935-D Walkers as MS66. However, only five examples have in addition attained a Plus designation, and there is only one piece known finer, at NGC (2/17). This representative is lustrous with light green-gold toning and exemplary preservation. The strike shows customary softness on Liberty's head and branch hand, but other detail is brought up nicely.
