1914-D 1C MS64 Red and Brown PCGS. CAC. From a mintage of fewer than 1.2 million pieces, the 1914-D Lincoln cent was somewhat overlooked by contemporary collectors and high-grade examples with red and brown surfaces are quite elusive in today's market. The original red surfaces of this attractive Choice example have mellowed to light brown in some areas, but few signs of contact are evident. The design elements are sharply detailed throughout and eye appeal is outstanding.
