Proof Lincoln Cents
1936 1C Type One -- Satin Finish PR66 Red PCGS. CAC. The Satin Finish proofs of 1936 were the first proof cents struck that year and survive in far smaller numbers than the later Brilliant Finish specimens. This is a magnificent Premium Gem example with full Red surfaces and complementary accents of rose. A strong lens picks up minute contact marks on the shoulder, but the fields are exceptionally clean. Population: 36 in 66 (3 in 66+) Red, 1 finer. CAC: 6 in 66, 0 finer (2/17).
