Seated Quarters
1873-CC 25C Arrows Good 4 PCGS. Briggs 1-A. Most known 1873-CC quarters are of the With Arrows type, although even these pieces are rare in all grades. From a mintage of only 12,462 pieces, PCGS estimates that about 50 examples survive in all grades. This is low-end circulated coin, but the surfaces are smooth and problem-free aside from an ancient, toned-over scratch in the right obverse field. The coin displays uniform golden-gray toning. The BER in LIBERTY is clear, and the rims are only slightly weak at the upper obverse and lower reverse borders. Population: 3 in 4, 47 finer (2/17).
