1875-CC 25C MS63 PCGS. CAC. Briggs 2-B. This is a remarkably appealing example for the grade, showing frosty luster and well-preserved surfaces -- grade-limiting abrasions are seen as faint grazes in the obverse fields that appear only at certain angles. The strike is sharp, and each side displays warm champagne and orange-gold toning, with deeper lavender and russet hues around the reverse border. The 1875-CC is rarely available this fine. Population: 6 in 63, 12 finer. CAC: 2 in 63, 10 finer (1/17).
