Standing Liberty Quarters
1920-S 25C MS64 Full Head PCGS. Ex: Walser. The 1920-S is conditionally scarce and difficult to find with a sharp strike. In Gem Full Head it is among the rarest issues in the series. This is a radiant and highly lustrous near-Gem example that shows a light, even layer of rose toning over each side. The surfaces present brilliant satin mint luster and are remarkably well-preserved for the grade with no truly distracting abrasions. This rare date ranks as one of the three or four most important strike rarities in the entire Standing Liberty quarter series. Population: 37 in 64 (1 in 64+) Full Head, 26 finer (2/17).
