1950-D/S 25C FS-601 MS66 PCGS. CAC. The underlying S is plainly evident at the top and left borders of the primary D mintmark. This Guide Book variety is scarce in Gem or better condition. The present CAC-endorsed Premium Gem displays a bold strike with a prominent die crack that runs along the bottom of the neck truncation. Satiny luster displays mainly light champagne toning, while deeper olive-gold hues appear around the obverse margins. Population: 14 in 66 (1 in 66+), 2 finer. CAC: 9 in 66, 1 finer (1/17).
