Seated Dollars
1870-CC $1 AU50 PCGS. OC-5. This deeply toned 1870-CC dollar shows consuming olive-gray patina over each side, which masks a few scattered abrasions. There is some strike weakness along the upper edge of the eagle's left (facing) wing, but the obverse is better rendered. There is only light evidence of wear. The 1870-CC is the most plentiful Seated Liberty dollar from this mint, although it is still scarce in high grade. This piece would make an excellent inclusion in a Carson City type or date set.
