1879-CC $1 MS62 PCGS. Normal Mintmark. This Mint State 1879-CC Morgan dollar displays the typical Carson City dollar look: brilliant, frosty, and well-struck. Scattered abrasions limit the grade, although such are an expected sight on this better date, which is scarce in high grade. No abrasions are individually bothersome. The Normal Mintmark variant of the 1879-CC is arguably scarcer than the Capped Die variety.
