Morgan Dollars
1889-CC $1 AU50 PCGS. From a low mintage of 350,000 pieces, all struck after the Carson City Mint reopened for coinage operations in October, the 1889-CC is the rarest CC-mint Morgan dollar. This attractive AU specimen shows slight wear on the hair above the ear and the eagle's breast, but the lightly abraded surfaces retain a few traces of original mint luster. Hints of sea-green and turquoise toning visit the reverse.
