1800 $1 Wide Date, Low 8, B-10, BB-190, R.3 -- Improperly Cleaned -- NGC Details. VF. Bowers Die State VI. The obverse of B-10 was also employed for the B-11 AMERICAI variety. This B-10 coin is well-detailed for the grade level and shows medium battleship-gray patina with smooth surfaces. An old, thin pinscratch extends from the 8 in the date to the L in LIBERTY. The coin is well-struck with complete rims. Faint hairlines on each side denote a light cleaning.
