Proof Trade Dollars
1876 T$1 PR63 NGC. Type One Obverse, Type Two Reverse. Golden-brown and jade-green toning visits the peripheries. Well struck despite a hint of incompleteness on Liberty's hair. A beautiful Select proof, and not far from a Cameo designation, since the devices demonstrate consistent and substantial frost. Minor die doubling in a southern direction is noted on the lower tips of Liberty's banner, and on nearby drapery folds.
