1880 T$1 PR64 PCGS. Mixed violet and gold patina shrouds surfaces that are clearly high-end for the grade, though incompleteness of strike is noticeable around the peripheral obverse. The fields remain flashy and reflective in spite of the rich patina. The Mint manufactured 1,987 Trade dollars in proof format only in 1880.
