Morgan Dollars
1901-S $1 MS65 NGC. A couple of bags of Uncirculated 1901-S dollars are known to have surfaced in the 1960s, but this date is elusive in Mint condition. Although the centers display a touch of strike softness, each side is readily appealing with frosty, minimally toned interiors that blend with gold, rose-violet, and cobalt-blue shades marginally. Encapsulated in a former generation holder. The NGC Census lists just seven finer submissions (2/17).
