Proof Morgan Dollars
1904 $1 PR64 PCGS. A low mintage of just 650 proofs -- third-lowest of the series -- represents the final year of Morgan dollar proof coinage (not counting the controversial 1921 Zerbe and Chapman proofs). Struck with the Mint's preferred brilliant finish lacking any substantial cameo contrast, this untoned and gleaming example is razor-sharp with only a few delicate lines that are microscopic in nature. Housed in an old blue-label holder with the barcode on the reverse. Population: 88 in 64 (2 in 64+), 72 finer (2/17).
