1936 50C Cleveland MS67+ PCGS. CAC. Frosted mint luster brightens the pastel shades of pale blue, green, and gold over each side. There are a couple of minute flecks over the portrait but virtually no other imperfections, explaining the MS67+ assessment and CAC endorsement. The Cleveland commemorative half dollar is practically unobtainable in higher grades, with a single MS68 submission at PCGS (2/17).
