LAKONIA, Lakedaimon (Sparta). Circa 35-31 BC. Æ Dupondius (25.5mm, 8.28 g, 11h). Timandros, ephor. Laureate head of Apollo right; [E TIMANΔPOC to left] / Artemis standing left, holding phiale and spear; to lower left, dog standing left, head right; Λ–A across upper field, two monograms across lower field; all within wreath. Grunauer Group XIX, Series 2 (unlisted dies); BCD Peloponnesos 912; HGC 5, 616. Fine, green-brown patina with spots of red, some roughness, obverse off center.
