SELEUKID EMPIRE. Antiochos I Soter. 281-261 BC. AR Tetradrachm (27mm, 16.48 g, 5h). Alexandrine types struck in the name of Seleukos I. Laodikeia mint. Head of Herakles right, wearing lion skin / Zeus Aëtophoros seated left; in left field, dolphin to left above monogram, monogram below throne. SC 357.6b; HGC 9, 125b; Houghton, Early, Series III, Group 20 (obv. die A26); WSM 1214. VF, toned, a little porous, a few scratches beneath tone, struck slightly off center.
