Colombia Banco Nacional 10 Pesos 30.10.1899 Pick S628. This provisional issue displays a Banco Nacional overprint on the back of this note that was originally a product of the Banco de Bogota. Provisional notes like this one were a direct outgrowth of the Colombian Thousand Days' War which broke out 1899 and sent the economy into a downward spiral.
