MACEDON, Chalkidian League. Circa 400 BC. AR Tetradrachm (27mm, 13.63 g, 5h). Olynthos mint. Laureate head of Apollo left / Kithara within incuse square. Robinson & Clement Group E, 1 (O1/R1); SNG ANS 469 (same dies). Good VF, lightly toned, minor edge splits, some roughness and granularity. Extremely rare tetradrachm from the first dies of the series.
