D N IOVIAN VS P F AVG, Pearl-diademed, draped, and cuirassed bust right / SECVRITA S REI PVBLICAE, Roma and Constantinopolis, with right foot on prow and holding scepter in left hand, enthroned facing, the latter turned to left, holding between them a shield inscribed VOT/V/MVL/X in four lines; ANTB. RIC VIII 222; Depeyrot 18/1; cf. Biaggi 2225. Good VF, a few shallow marks on obverse.
