Early Half Dimes
1795 H10C V-5, LM-8, R.3, AU55 PCGS. The surfaces appear olive-gray at first glance but when tilted beneath a light at just the right angle reveal lovely violet and gold undertones. There is no distinctive wear, although the lower-left obverse and left-hand reverse are deficiently struck and show prominent planchet adjustment marks. The surfaces are void of post-minting problems.
