Early Dimes
1807 10C JR-1, R.2, XF40 NGC. The only known dies for 1807 dimes, and these dies lasted for an incredible 165,000 coin production. The reverse die saw further use on certain quarter eagle varieties from 1805 to 1807. Light blue and gold toning appear on the silver surfaces with a few diagonal scrapes on the central obverse and reverse devices.
