1864 25C PR65 NGC. This Gem proof 1864 Seated Liberty quarter shows razor-sharp detail and glasslike reflectivity in the fields. Modest cameo contrast is apparent on both sides. The obverse displays delicate champagne toning, while the reverse shows the same but with a distinctive pink hue. No marks or hairlines are noticeable. Census: 13 in 65, 14 finer (3/17).
