1909-D 25C MS67 NGC. The 1909-D is a rarity in Gem condition and exceedingly so any finer. This Superb Gem is the sole finest at NGC. PCGS has seen four submissions in this grade, also with none finer (3/17). The coin displays original luster with olive-gold, amber, and dusky gray toning. The eagle's right (facing) talons and several obverse stars show slight weakness when viewed with a loupe.
