Barber Half Dollars
1892-O 50C MS65 PCGS. Although not as rare as the Micro O variety, the 1892-O Barber half stands out as a scarce issue in Mint State. Gems are rarely seen, and finer pieces stretch out of reach for most collectors. This representative presents frosty luster and natural olive-green and golden-gray toning in mottled array. Insignificant strike softness on the fletchings and a few insignificant ticks are masked by the patina. Population: 17 in 65 (1 in 65+), 7 finer (3/17).
