This piece exhibits a sharp, even strike with dusky golden toning over otherwise pewter-gray surfaces. The surfaces are faintly textured, which denies a numeric grade from PCGS, but show no major abrasions or mint-made adjustment marks. This die state exhibits clash marks through the date and right-hand stars. There is little high-point wear.
