1880 T$1 PR65 NGC. Deeply mirrored fields are subtly contrasted against sharp, frosty design elements on this Gem 1880 proof. There are no distractions, and each side displays a slightly dusky cast of light champagne toning. Most 1880 proof Trade dollars reside in PR63 or PR64 holders. This Gem is conditionally scarce, and finer pieces are out of reach for most collectors. The lack of a Cameo designation does not hinder the visual appeal.
