1992-D 1C Close AM, FS-901, MS63 Red NGC. The NGC census notes that they have certified two Red examples of this rare variety, grading MS62 Red and MS65 Red (3/17). This example is unrecorded in the NGC Census, but appears correctly under the verification option. The bottoms of the A and M in AMERICA are lightly joined on this elusive variety. This example has rich pinkish-orange luster with satin surfaces.
