The 1871 three cent silver is seldom offered in any grade above MS65, and none are finer than this coin at PCGS (3/17). The strike is sharp around the peripheries but lacking the usual amount on the shield and arrows. Semireflective fields show no toning or abrasions. Population: 13 in 67, 0 finer (3/17).
