Proof Three Cent Nickels
1871 3CN PR67 NGC. CAC. Satiny and fully struck with pastel gold and ice-blue patina. Although 960 1871 proof sets were produced, the net mintage is likely considerably lower, since unsold sets were melted. Some proof 1871 three cent nickels were also sold individually.
