Washington Quarters
1945-D 25C MS67+ PCGS. Barely more than 12 million quarters were produced in Colorado in 1945, a lower total than either of the other two mints that year. The 1945-D is very scarce in MS67 and very rare in MS67+. Two large daubs of blue, crimson, and russet patina occur near the left obverse border, and another appears at the lower-left reverse. Otherwise, this Superb Gem is brilliant and vibrantly lustrous. A touch of softness is noted on the date. Population: 57 in 67 (9 in 67+), 0 finer (3/17).
