1920 50C MS65 PCGS. CAC. Writing for PCGS CoinFacts, David Hall notes: "A Gem MS65 1920 is a rare coin and grades above MS65 are very rare. The 1920 is almost always very well struck. The luster is the soft satiny look of the earlier Walkers." This untoned example fits that bill, though the luster is more radiant and frosty than soft and satiny. Eye appeal and quality within the great are tremendous, hence the CAC endorsement. PCGS reports 21 higher grading events. CAC: 15 in 65, 5 finer (3/17).
