The 7 Tailfeathers example, from the first year of Morgan silver dollar coinage, occurs with the Reverse of 1878 that has flat breast and parallel arrow feathers. The silvery, lustrous surfaces of this high-end Gem exhibit sharply struck design elements and are well-preserved. PCGS has seen only 50 finer (3/17).
