Peace Dollars
1927-D $1 MS65+ PCGS. Ex: MBJ Collection/Ward T. Miller Jr.. Light golden patina shows throughout the well-preserved surfaces of this sharply struck 1927-D Peace dollar. The issue is generally found attractive, well-preserved, and boldly impressed, making this pleasing example a worthy representative as well as thoroughly attractive. The lack of mentionable abrasions on Liberty's face and the eagle's high points, however, separates this coin from most of its cohort. Population: 11 in 65+, 13 finer (3/17).
Ex: ANA Signature (Heritage, 8/2015), lot 5891.
