1934-D $1 MS66 PCGS. Ex: Ward T. Miller, Jr. Micro D mintmark. The quality of this pedigreed Premium Gem is outstanding. Sharply struck with particularly strong hair detail, the lustrous surfaces are satin-smooth and essentially brilliant. A faint speckling of almond-gold toning is convincing evidence of the natural-silver surfaces, which retain their Mint-fresh bloom. Marks are exceedingly minor, limited to a tiny reeding contact on the neck and a few thin grazes on the reverse. The eye appeal is that of an even finer grade. Population: 87 in 66 (3 in 66+), 2 finer (3/17).
