1887 1C Indian Cent -- Double Struck, Second Strike 90% Off Center -- AU58 PCGS. The first strike was normal, but the coin failed to fully eject from the die chamber. It was struck a second time, 90% off center toward 5 o'clock, at 3 o'clock relative to the first strike. The second strike effaces AME from the first strike, and shows only TATES and a lower left portion of the wreath. A golden-brown example without visible marks, though the fields have a streaky appearance, especially below CENT.
