1877-CC $20 XF45 NGC. CAC. Variety 3-A. A honey-gold example with noticeable luster and an attractive original appearance. Marks are minimal aside from a faint field cluster above the LAR in DOLLARS. The 1877-CC has less than half the mintage of any of the three preceding Carson City double eagle issues. In addition, the mintage is less than 5% of its San Francisco cousin. Very scarce with a CAC seal.
