1908-D $20 No Motto MS65 PCGS. Long Rays Obverse, as redesigned by Charles Barber. Gem representatives of the 1908-D No Motto are very scarce despite what the issue's mintage of 663,750 might suggest. Finer coins regularly fetch well in excess of five figures when offered. This glowing orange-gold Saint features needle-sharp columns on the Capitol and notably smooth surfaces on each side. Elegant eye appeal. PCGS counts 13 finer grading events (3/17).
