1924-D $20 MS62 PCGS. Examples of the 1924-D that avoided melting after 1933 were primarily shipped to Europe. This once-rare Denver issue was repatriated in significant quantities over past 50 or so years, explaining its current accessibility in lower Mint State grades. Pale rose at the centers merges with wheat-gold color near the rims. Satiny luster glistens across the entirety of this Saint-Gaudens twenty.
