A broad raised rim is partially present, receding near 7 o'clock on the obverse and 1 o'clock on the reverse. Fully struck at the centers, likely due to the thick planchet and the absence of a collar die. The surfaces are prooflike and glossy with iridescent orange, red, and green toning.
