ATTICA, Athens. Circa 420s BC. Tetradrachm (Silver, 24mm, 17.11 g 9). Head of Athena to right, wearing disc earring, pearl necklace and a crested Attic helmet adorned with three olive leaves and a spiral palmette. Rev. ΑΘΕ Owl standing to right, head facing the viewer; to left, olive sprig and crescent moon; all within incuse square. Agora 8f. Dewing 1613. Very attractively toned. Extremely fine.
