Marius, Romano-Gallic Emperor, 269. Antoninianus (Copper, 17mm, 2.86 g 6), Colonia (Cologne). IMP C MARIVS P F AVG Radiate, draped and cuirassed bust of Marius to right. Rev. CONCORD MILIT Clasped right hands. Elmer 633. RIC 6. A sharp piece with an excellent portrait and a fine brown patina. Struck on a short flan with some minor traces of corrosion, and remains of a brockage on the reverse, otherwise, nearly extremely fine.
