Dated 1817 (in Roman numerals, but struck in 1818 or 1820). MDCCXVII, Britannia seated left, placing right hand on the tablets of the Constitution, left supporting shield; in background to right, statue of Neptune on garlanded base; in exergue, ENGLAND GIVES A/ CONSTITUTION TO / Seven females, representing the seven Ionian islands, dancing around British flag; in exergue, THE IONIAN ISLANDS.
