Elizabeth II Mint Error Prooflike 25 Cents 1969 PL66 PCGS, Royal Canadian mint, KM62b. Generally this issue is struck in nickel but this example was struck on a Silver Planchet as noted on the holder. Quite possibly a unique striking as the rims appear slightly raised that are layered in rings. The die polish is vertically uniform with all features that are nicely frosted to create this Gem beauty.
