ITALY. 2 Lire, 1906-R. PCGS MS-64 Secure Holder.
KM-33; Gig-94; Mont-145. An exceptionally well preserved example with nearly full light golden orange toning on the obverse laying over lustrous surfaces and the reverse showing a pale bulls eye toning pattern which often is seen on Italian coinage of this vintage. Minimal bag marks and sharp detail make for a very appealing piece. Tied with two other piece in this grade as the second finest certified with only one piece being finer at 64+.
