1652 SHILNG Oak Tree Shilling, IN at Bottom -- Damage -- PCGS Genuine. VF Details. Noe-7, W-480, Salmon 5-D, R.5. 68.5 grains. Late die state with a large die break right of the date and denomination. A pleasing light gray example with hints of gold and pale blue toning, the planchet wavy as struck on the rocker press. A few small dents are evident on the obverse, along with a large horizontal area that lacks detail. The obverse legend is partially off the flan while the reverse legend is complete.
