1907 5C PR67 PCGS. CAC. No non-Cameo proof 1907 nickels are finer than this CAC-approved Superb Gem. It is fully struck and shows modest cameo contrast through a blush of champagne and powder-blue toning. A thin threadlike strike-through is discernible in the right obverse field near star 12. An unusually high number of coins are reported at PCGS in PR67 and PR67+, suggesting that the population may be inflated by resubmissions. Population: 31 in 67 (14 in 67+), 0 finer.
