1796 H10C LIKERTY, V-1, LM-1, R.3 -- Obverse Planchet Flaw -- NGC Details. AU. This is a bright example of the famous LIKERTY Guide Book variety, showing openings at the upper and lower loops of the B. The leaf tip far from the F in OF is another helpful attribution marker. A planchet flaw just below Liberty's middle curls explains the Details grade, but the portrait detail is exceptionally strong. A bold die break passes through ST to the eagle's wing.
